A national limited liability company 51% ADCECO GROUP and 49% Mr. Eng. Joseph Chamieh and others. OCC was established and registered in Abu Dhabi in the year 1967 and is registered with all government institutions (Municipality, Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Planning Department, Department of Petroleum, Contractors Association, etc.)

OCC is classified under the highest category (special) for water supply, storm water, drainage (sewerage works, building construction, large civil construction projects, harbours and sea water intake projects, power stations and water desalination plants). Also it is registered and classified with all owning companies in the oil and gas fields for onshore and offshore projects.

The company has participated during the last 29 years in the execution of a major part of the development schemes of Emirates of Abu Dhabi and other parts of U.A.E. within the above fields of specialization. It is known as one of the main contracting firms and reputation of the company derived from the wide range of main projects and the well established relations of its directors with the high rank and all decision making authorities. The company has central establishments in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain cities that included buildings, site camps, stores, workshops, etc., plus similar facilities in other job sites. In addition to the human resources (managerial staff, engineering/technical staff, manpower) the company has its fleet of equipment and heavy machinery.
